ok, first off, sorry about the sideways photo, forgot to rotate it. describe: ok, so in this pic, my lovely model is hidden behind the tree. her body is somewhat blocked by leaves, and there are many shadows.
Analyze:The girl is in focus, while some of the leaves are not. the background behind her seems a bit fuzzed. there is a slight discoloration under/on the model. it has a somewhat mischievous tone to her because she's hidden behind the tree.
Interpret: the girl could symbolize goals in life and the leaves could represent the obstacles between us and the goal. or it could be of someone hiding their true feelings, and the leaves are what are blocking our feelings in.
Judge: the photo was a success. the contrast in the leaves gives the picture a sense of difference and hides the girl a bit more as if she was hiding herself. It has a blur on the girl to lighten her up, and the blur brings a bit of a sense of coming into focus with the world.
